Delivery varies by service! Many caterers, cake makers, and dessert providers offer delivery for an extra fee, typically included in their quotes. Confirm details when requesting quotes. Decoration and rental companies might offer delivery and set-up, while others require pickup. Entertainment usually comes to your event location. Your chosen supplier will either deliver your product or service directly to you or arrange for a convenient pick-up time.

To connect you with amazing local event suppliers, we charge a 3% connection fee (inclusive of GST) on each order. Suppliers pay a 2% service fee (including GST) on each order to cover payment processing and platform promotion.

Happy customers, happy you! When your customer receives their order and releases payment, we'll process your funds on the same business day.

Order Cancellations - We understand that plans can change! Both customers and suppliers have the ability to cancel orders after they've been assigned. However, it's important to note that depending on the reason for cancellation and the stage of the order, fees may apply. Customer Cancellations: If a customer cancels an order, the connection fee will be retained by Dadsorder. Supplier Cancellations: If a supplier cancels an order, Dadsorder will deduct a cancellation fee from their next payout request (or from multiple payouts if necessary) to cover the impact on the customer. This cancellation fee is capped at a maximum of 30% of the total payout request the supplier receives. We encourage clear communication between customers and suppliers to avoid cancellations whenever possible. Once you accept an offer, a direct message option will unlock, allowing you to discuss order details with the Supplier privately.

We offer refunds for canceled orders, but fees might apply based on the specific situation.
