The customer service fee is shown before payment and charged with the order. The supplier rate is calculated on the settled sale and deducted at payout, never up front. Both service fees include GST.
DadsOrder does not add a separate card-processing or payout fee. Your own bank may apply its own charges, and Stripe may disclose its own terms directly to a connected supplier during onboarding.
An approved increase updates the sale and both fee calculations before payment. A full refund reverses the related DadsOrder fees; a partial refund adjusts them proportionally to the amount refunded. Your itemised invoice records the final amounts.
No. There is no charge to receive a brief, to send an offer, to list, or to keep a storefront open. We are paid only when a booking completes and a supplier is paid.
No. There is no monthly fee and no minimum volume.
The exact payable total is calculated server-side from the listing, options, fulfilment and date you choose, and is shown in full before you pay. A supplier's own listing and cancellation terms apply alongside these fees.
