Pricing questions
When are the fees applied?
The customer sees the 5% customer service fee before payment. The 15% supplier service fee is calculated on the settled supplier sale and deducted at payout. Both service fees include GST.
Are there card or payout fees on top?
DadsOrder does not add a separate card-processing or payout fee. Your own bank may apply its own charges. Stripe may disclose other terms directly to a connected supplier during onboarding.
What about order changes and refunds?
An approved increase updates the supplier sale and both service-fee calculations before payment. A full refund reverses the related DadsOrder fees; a partial refund adjusts them proportionally. Your itemised invoice or receipt records the final amounts.
