- The order, agreed scope and supplier updates remain recorded in DadsOrder.
- You can confirm completion, or report an issue during the stated review window.
- If there is a problem, use the in-app support process so the available evidence can be reviewed.
Why suppliers like it too
Suppliers receive a confirmed order and a clear record of the agreed price, while Stripe handles payment processing. Payout timing, refunds and disputes remain subject to the platform terms, Stripe processes and applicable law.

Contact DadsOrder through the order support flow. Where possible, the platform can help seek replacement offers, but replacement availability and pricing cannot be guaranteed.
